I’ve been fortunate to work with older adults for over 24 years, starting at an assisted living residence in Stamford in 2001. While I’ve held leadership and managerial positions at nonprofits and adult day centers, I discovered my true calling in one-to-one care — empowering others to age with dignity, purpose, and connection.
